You will get a preview of the shipping charge in the checkout, so the best way to get an accurate idea is to add the items to your cart and begin the checkout process. You do not need to commit to buy in order to find the shipping fee.
We know you want your order ASAP so we ship within 24 - 48 hours of your order being placed. We process orders 7 days a week, but they can only be sent for shipment Monday through Friday. Please note, for: AUSTRALIA & NEW-ZEALAND orders will arrive in 5-15 business days., EUROPE orders will arrive in 5-15 business days, USA & CANADA will arrive in 5-15 business days, ISRAEL will arrive in 7-15 or 15-25 business days. Rest of the world 15-25 business days. You should receive an email order notification with a tracking number to track your shipment. Please note, although we make every effort to send your order within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates may vary.
Mayula's products are made by carefully selected manufacturers. Emphasis has been made to ensure our manufacturers satisfy industry regulations and that employees are treated ethically. All products are design by Mayula and made for us by manufacturing partners in Thailand, China and India. We visit our manufacturing partners regularly, ourselves, and we have our products independently tested to ensure that they comply with all applicable safety standards.
All orders are packed using recyclable cardboard boxes or compostable mailer for our organic bags. Plastic is avoided at all costs.
Still haven’t received your order even though your order status says “delivered”? First check with your neighbors to make sure the package wasn't delivered to their house. Sometimes mail carriers leave packages at nearby doors by mistake. If you've no luck next door, and your tracking hasn’t updated, please contact the postal carrier. Sometimes they'll hold your order for redelivery. Other times they'll return your order to our warehouse. If this happens we can help. Contact email@example.com including your name, the email used to place your order, your order number and any information you've received from the postal carrier. We’ll get back to you ASAP with more details.
